Question / Help iphone plugin not showing ios usb camera in sources-windows 10

my apologies if this has been asked and answered and i have searched the forum but i am having issues with the iphone usb plugin not showing as a source in obs on windows 10 pro.
i had it working on windows 7 but had to replace the hard drive and upgraded to windows 10 and it no longer works.

if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated.

What plugin? I'm guessing the place to look for support for it would be the forum thread where you got it from, if there's one for it.

iOS Camera Plugin for OBS Studio right from the OBS web page does not enable 'ios camera' in the sources list box.
