I;ve been having streaming issues for about a month now. Every session is met with lag and disconnects. I stream Destiny and my connection bounces around from green to yellow to red. I've tried many different obs settings suggested by the forums and when none of these worked i contacted my internet provider. They have sent out multiple technicians and have changed out all of the hardware and lines. My internet speeds are great but upon sending tracer routes to twitch there are major timeouts. I understand that some timeouts are normal and caused by twitch but mine come in large amounts and last for a long time. My logs suggest my network being unstable with a ?. Has anyone encountered this problem or have any suggestions on tackling this? Thanks.

Also the internet techs said that these timeout problems are happening after it leaves their internet hub going back to twitch so it is not their problem. But I'm getting bad connections to Destiny at the same time that coincides with OBS disconnects. Anyone ever heard of this?
Could this also be a problem with my PC? I had audio issues with my motherboard and sent the whole computer back to the manufacturer, replaced the motherboard and sent it back. Ever since getting it back been having the lag and disconnects.
