Question / Help Internet Lag

So I have 5mbs upload and 50 mbs download and Im doing the bitrate at 1800 and my game online still lags on CSGO.
My latency is at about 60-70 but whats wrong is mainly the delay and stuttering. My FPS is amazing, it just seems like its lagging when it shouldnt.

Its not FPS its actual internet lag, its like a lagging stutter, a delay kind of

Yes. It's because CSGo's FPS is running too high. Cap it to around 120 fps or lower, and it should improve.
