My problem is the next.. I have two Computers (1 Hp Notebook & 1 Macbook Pro). Both are almost the same. And I have an Internet Upload of 5 Mbps.
Hp - Core I5 1.8 Ghz - 8 Gb Ram - Nvidia Geforce GT 630m 1 GB
Macbook Pro - Core I5 2.3 ghz - 4 gb Ram - No Graphics Card
Capture Card Aver Media Live Gamer Portable C875
The Problem is... when I Stream from the Macbook... kbps works with the kbps that I put (3000 kbps) everything go well (always streaming in 3000 or more inclusive), But when I Stream with the Notebook, using absoluty the same settings (putting the same Bitrate 3000 kbps). The Notebook Does not receive the 3000 kbps .. just receivesand stream only at 1500 kbps ... and changes conection between Red, Yellow and green constantly.
I would Like To know What Am I doing Wrong?? an also Why happens this between the Macbook pro and Notebook? (thinking that the HP notebook is more powerfull than the macbook)

PD: Nowadays I'm streaming with the notebook only at 2500 kbps. But I would like to know an answer for this and to use more than 2500 kbps.
