Question / Help Internet disconnecting when live

I have gone through the general guide for frame dropping & disconnecting.

My current issue is when I stream my whole internet drops generally after 4 minutes of streaming.
I have even received a new modem from my internet provider (Teksavvy). It hasn't helped.

My current speed test:

And within my settings for OBS I'm no way near what I could be using. My current settings:

If anyone can guide me on what else I can do, I would be very thankful.

Try bypassing your router, and disable any firewall / av / security software.

Sorry, I'm really not tech smart with the whole internet etc. What do you mean by try 'bypassing my router'? I currently just use a modem which is connected to my computer via Ethernet cable.

Going to disable the others now. Thank you.
