Question / Help internet dies when i stream

sometimes when I stream for a couple of hours my internet stops working, but the game that i'm running runs fine. My internet browser and voip stop working too. My laptop internet is fine during this. During this obs is trying to reconnect to stream again. If I turn off the stream my internet becomes fine in 1-2 minutes. My bitrate is 3500 when I stream.

16gb ram
i7 4770k

This doesn't really sound like an OBS problem. Your router is most likely the problem, or some 3rd party network / security software installed on your PC.
