Question / Help Internet Crashing

Whever i try to stream the first few moments i start it crashes the internet on my computer only. Other people in my house can access the internet during the time it crashes on my computer. Its only on my computer and the internet is restored right after i stop streaming. Please someone help. Here are my settings.
With xsplit I get the same issues. I tried changing the servers. I tried changing the bitrate. I tried everything.

Those are the logs of today and yesterday when i have been trying i have had this issue for months now but i chose to upload the more recent.

Check your firewall/anti-virus settings. It seems like another piece of software on your PC closed the connection. You may have to add exceptions for OBS in any security software you might be running.

The problem is im not running any antivirus on my system and i turned off windows firewall and i am still getting the same issue.

Then there is some other piece of software interfering, mostly likely. The RTMP error code you're getting in your log files indicate as much.

Should i turn off windows defender aswell?

I would turn off programs one by one to see if you can't find the culprit. You might also want to consider doing a Malwarebytes Anti-Malware scan in Safe Mode, as well.
