Question / Help Intermitten Frame drops and Random Disconnects

Here's a log from a 6 hour stream complete with frame drops and disconnects.

I will drop anywhere from 500-2k frames in a 1-2 hour session and for some reason it also randomly disconnects. I'am streaming to the Dallas server. My ISP insist it isn't them. My electricians insist it isn't them. The company who works the poles outside insist it isn't them. Does anyone know what possible cause it can be causing these random drops and disconnects? I posted a similar thread before so you can use it as a reference of my persistent problem. But I just want to know if this is something conflicting with OBS that is causing this. It's like little small drops that disconnect so randomly and I can't figure it out.

Does anything look suspicious with my computer from this info? My computer is pretty much new (you can see from my other threads) and I can't seem to figure out the problem.

The servers vary everytime I do it with this program as I did in my other thread. It's never consistently the same. I live in Louisiana and Dallas has always gotten me the better ping. Here is one test result from a few weeks back.

On many occasions, the tests just out right fail. Here is a new test I just did at 1 minute per server:

Any help is appreciated. Sorry I didn't get back to this thread today. Long day at work.

Ping (RTT) is not relevant for choosing which server you want to stream through.
Quality and bitrate are.

LA and San Fransisco are better than Dallas for you.

See this is kind of strange and complicated. I've got over 90 with Dallas, granted it's not always that high in every test but i've gotten it before in plenty of tests. I've also had low quality in the 70's and below for the other servers that you are seeing in the 90's. I've also been using Dallas for years with no problem of disconnecting and dropping frames up until a few months ago.

Dallas is the closest server since i'm in Louisiana. I've always heard the closer the server, the better the ping and quality (not just stream related but game related and etc...)

If it is the Dallas server, if it is possibly the culprit. Why would it work perfectly find with no drops or disconnects for years up until a few months ago and cause an intermittent problem? I'm just trying to understand what would cause it.

Any ideas?

Because twitch changed something or one of the connecting internet providers changed something.

Either way, ping isn't relevant to how effective your stream is to a given server.

Alright so there wasn't anything else suspicious in my logs that could be a culprit? I'll try changing my servers to another one on the list for a while and see if my connection gets any better. I appreciate all the help a lot man if I have any of the same problems, i'll probably post back here in this thread if it's still open.

Nothing I could see other than your route to dallas changing in such a way as to break things.
