Intensity Shuttle- Black Screen nd No audio

I have been running the live stream for my church since the pandemic started. Church purchased a new laptop and all the stuff needed. I downloaded and learned OBS on the fly. Running an Intensity Shuttle BlackMagic device without any difficulties until tonight. Now all I get is a Black Screen in the capture and no audio as well. I am a relative newbie to this stuff but have tried everything I know and cam up empty.

I don't think it is a connection issue because it recognizes when I plug and unplug the Intensity Shuttle from the computer... any assistance is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

When I re-add the BlackMagic Source I get a single red box (for resizing) in the upper left corner...but I cannot resize... unless right click the Black magic source and choose "Transform" and select "fit to screen" but I still get a black screen and no audio.

I am calling it a night. I will be back here at my church Friday evening for a choir practice (may try to stop by tomorrow night if I have time). Will try to get info and try some different stuff then> Hopefully can figure this thing out before Sunday.

Thanks again for all your assistance and hardwork. Love OBS (use it for Church mostly but have been using it for stuff at my wife's school and different things as well)

Could it be an issue from the recent update. I installed the update Tuesday evening. Everything worked last Sunday then updated OBS Tuesday and Black Screen and no audio when I tried to use the Blackmagic device (Intensity Shuttle) Wednesday evening. Only change I know of is the update.

Is there a way to restore the previous settings or undo the update? returning obs to its previous working condition for me? just a thought.

Could it be an issue with the Intensity Shuttle itself? The Intensity shuttle we are using from what I can tell is discontinued? Could it be an issue the drivers or the Desktop Video? I think the version of Desktop Video I am running is 11.5...still trying to figure it out.

also can someone post the link to the site where i can find the previous versions of OBS so I can roll back to the previous update and see if that fixes my issue.

also I really hate Black Magic's website design/interface.... nothing is easy to find.

There's an issue with BlackMagic devices in 26.1 . Mentioned in a few threads but https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/blackmagic-intensity-pro-4k.135619/ states they're working on it.

Thanks. I rolled back to the previous version of OBS and everything is working as it did.
Trying to update the Desktop Video software/drivers for the Intensity Shuttle... but having some difficulty (again I hate the Black magic site setup/navigation) and I’m a little afraid to change anything else right now since it’s working. Maybe after the holidays.
