Question / Help Intel CPU/Nvidia GPU not recognized

Hey,

I'm currently running the rig described here:
Intel i5 2500k @ 4.7GHz
Nvidia GTX 580 @ stock
8 GB 1600MHz ram
128 Intel 510 SSD (install location for Windows 7 & OBS)

I'm looking at the settings window for encoding and I cannot choose Quick Sync or Nvidia NVENC. It seems as though the hardware isn't recognized even though both of these should support these options. Any ideas?

Your motherboard most likely doesn't support sandy bridge QSV, and your GPU is too old to have NVENC.
