Installed the plugin, but Touch Portal still won't connect to OBS Studio

I've installed Touch Portal, installed the Plugin for OBS Studio to let TP work with it, every time I try to add a button, it says this

Is there any way to fix this?

Touch Portal is based on Java. Windows will under most circumstances prevent an external Java app from connecting through the Windows firewall. You may have to allow Java / Touch Portal app through the firewall to connect to OBS.

I have noticed that every time Windows does an update the issue reoccurs and you have to allow the app through the firewall.
