My pc
ASUS Z87-K
Intel Core i7-4770K @ def clock (up to 3.9 ghz) (Scythe Ninja 3 Rev B + Arctic Cooling MX-4) (current temp is 45 degrees)
2 x DDR3 8096 MB Corsair XMS CMX16GX3M2A1333C9,
Seagate Barracuda ST2000VX000-1CU164 + Hitachi HDS721010CLA 1TB + Hitachi HDS5C3020ALA 2TB,
XFX ATI Radeon HD5770 1024 MB,
ASUS XONAR ESSENCE STX,
Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Even when i stream afk-picture, when cpu load is about 10% and ram use is at 4.5 GB, i got INSANE lags in my OS, but ingame all fine. I cant even type normally this message - all letters appears with some delay. I cant normally resize windows, cant alltab, all actions happening with delays. After i stop stream, all lags and delays gone.

What log parser tells me
Aero is disabled

Aero seems to be disabled, consider enabling it unless using monitor capture.

ASUS Xonar detected

You appear to be using an ASUS Xonar sound card. If you are having trouble capturing desktop /game audio, be sure that "GX Mode" is turned off in the Xonar control panel.

Faster preset in use

You have changed the default preset to superfast. The default of veryfast is designed for the optimum balance of quality and CPU usagee. Using superfast will result in greatly reduced quality. If possible, try to change other things such as lowering the resolution or FPS before modifying the preset.

I disabled AERO and set faster preset because with default preset and AERO on i got FPS drops even in warcraft 3 (from 64 to 40) at 720p @ 3300 kpbs.

Also found in logs:
09:02:26: Physical Memory: 4095MB Total, 4095MB Free
Why it wrotes this? I got 2x8 Gb RAM

6 mb test outputs 2.2 mbit upload, but at speedtest to Moscow i got 20 mbits (i live 4400 miles far from Moscow).

You are only showing 4GB memory because you are using the 32-bit version of OBS. This is a limitation of 32-bit software; they are unable to address more than 4GB of memory. Switch to the 64-bit version instead.

You should not be using Monitor Capture; Aero should be ON to speed up Window Capture (OBS can grab directly from Aero's offscreen buffers). From that log file though it appears that you only have a single static image file on the stream.

Yes, with that number of duplicated and late frames, it appears there is an issue with your system. Possibly a bad CODEC pack, malware, or driver issue... something is definitely not right. OBS should not be acting like that, on a default/clean install.

Actually OBS started to freeze and crash when i change scenes. When i change scene from image to window capture, before it was black screen even if application was selected, i just needed to open properties of window capture and close it again. Now after i change scene from image to window capture, obs streams image. I need to open properties, close it and it freezes for 30 seconds, after freeze it starts to stream game.

Also i saw strange number in upload rate - stable 12000+ kbps upload...

Your window capture times are out of control...try deleting and re-adding the window capture to see if that helps somehow.

The 64bit version of OBS is located in c:\program files\obs if that's what you want to use.

02:00:25: | scene->Preprocess - [99.8%] [avg time: 275.654 ms]
Something is very wrong with either your configuration or your hardware to take that much time to preprocess the scene.

You could try deleting your %appdata%/OBS folder and re-create your scenes to see if that helps reset whatever got thrown out of whack...

Thanks, ill do this. Can this be related to HDD problems? It there lot of small file operations going on when i change scenes?

K ive deleted appdata/obs, made all scenes once again. One hour stream was fine, but after it started again - one frame in 30 seconds + obs freeze. But if i stream not game but for example window capture visual studio - it records fine. How can i double check if its a gpu? So i dont have to buy new maybe :)
