Question / Help initialize directx 10 on intel hd graphics, even with dx10 and drivers installed

hi all

i jsut installed obs on my system, windows 7 64bit

but when trying to record i get the initializing error of dx10 on hd graphics, but gpuz says my graphics card supports dx10, i have another laptop with the same hd graphics 4000 and it works fine, same setup too

any ideas

obs needs hardware support of dx10 and not software support so it is possible that your intel igpu is outdated or simply doesnt support dx10 which seems to be the case
