Question / Help ingame/outgame resolution

i play CS GO with a lower resolution than my native res on my desktop...

the problem here is i'm trying to stream CS GO but everytime i go into game it fucked up my placement of CHAT and OBS so i can't really see it properly (overlaps each other) there a way i can ignore the resolution on my 2 monitors and play regularly on my 3rd?
 
what might be a thing to try is turning down the desktop reso before you start
usualy if you downscale on a monitor the others arnt affected but only the background image
you alternatly alt tab out of game and adjust
