Question / Help Ingame Lag and high ping

Im trying to stream with OBS for some time, but nothing that I try works !
my setup : i7 3770k @ 4.4ghz | gtx 770 | 16gb ram

2300 k/b max bitrate and buffer size
CBR + cbr padding enbaled
x264 encoder
48khz aac 128 kb stereo
server in Frankfurt (75~85 ping)
minimize network impact disabled
base res 1080p, downscale to 720p, 40fps
cpu preset - faster
------
still having lots of ingame lag and high pings
what should i try ?

Have you tried enabling the "Minimize network impact" option? It's designed to help with this type of problem.
