So, I've tried googling a lot of things to help my problem, but to no avail. So, maybe I've overlooked something. I stream primarily League of Legends. When I start streaming my fps starts at around 100-120 fps but as the stream goes longer my fps starts making its way back down to 50 fps and lower. I don't know what's causing this. I have a pretty good CPU and GPU. My build is:

CPU: AMD FX 8350 4.4 GHZ
Motherboard: Sabertooth 990FX R2.0
Graphics Card: Asus Geforce GTX 770 2gb OC edition
Storage: Samsung SSD 500 GB EVO
Cooling: Cooler Master Seidon 120v
2nd Storage: 1tb Seagate Barracuda

My CPU usage only reaches to 40 % max when streaming so there must be an issue somewhere.

Heres an example of my stream, pardon my friend screaming. But it starts out at 120 fps then at the end, my fps reaches 50 and below.

Gradual performance loss like that usually indicates a cooling issue, which will cause your CPU to lower its speed. Use a program like HWMonitor and watch both your CPU temperature and frequency during a stream. If the temperature gets high and the CPU speed drops you'll know what's going on. If the temperature is fine but the CPU speed still drops you might need to disable Cool'n'Quiet in your BIOS.

Thanks for the really quick reply, I have disabled cool'n' quiet in the bios, as I have overclocked my CPU. Now, my temperatures do reach in the 65c on full load. Would you consider that too high for an AMD CPU? If so, I'll look into getting a new cooler or reapplying thermal paste.

Why don't you start by watching your CPU temperatures and frequency while streaming to see if the performance drop corresponds with a drop in CPU frequency.
