Question / Help ingame fps drops while watching flashplayer (youtube etc.)

hey, im streaming at 720p with my setup and everything works fine but when i wanna listen to some music or watch a video on youtube im getting HUGE fps drops in my games, is this a cpu issue? what can i improve? turn off hardware acceleration on flashplayer? sorry for my bad english

my specs:
intel xeon e3-1231v3
gigabyte h97m-d3h
gigabbyte gtx 770
16 gb crucial ballistx sport
 
Who on earth told you to use a server grade cpu?!

Apart from that it should be ok. Yet there are tons of people who would probably ask the same but it can do.

This looks more like a software issue though

probably erveryone who knows what hes building and doesnt have the budget yet needs comparable performance to an i7 but for the price of an i5
