Question / Help Infinite Audio Loop - Help Please

I am using an Elgato HD to run Xbox One Gameplay to OBS in order to live stream to Twitch. It was brought to my attention that there was an infinite audio loop from everything my turtle beach headset picked up. I have researched this for days and cannot find a fix. Please help.

If you're watching your own stream while you stream, make sure it is muted.

It is. And I have had friends tune in and still looping
