Question / Help Incredible Framerate Drops

Whenever i start to stream to twitch my framerate drops from around 120fps in MC down to about 10 - 20. I have tried adjusting the bitrate from 500 to 3500, and the framerate drops the same amount every single time, and i have tried streaming at different times of the day as well. here is a PCPP: http://pcpartpicker.com/b/PMjXsY

What is your process priority set to in OBS advanced settings?

Also, try using Game Capture instead of Monitor capture, as it should capture a lot more efficiently.

it is "above normal" i have also tried game capture as well, it gives me the same results.

I just realized that you're using a very low x264 CPU preset in both of those logs (fast and medium). With that processor, I don't recommend going and slower than the "veryfast" x264 CPU preset.

okay, i will try that, i have recently tried the AMD VCE branch of OBS and it helps out some. Thank you for your help :)
