Question / Help increase quality

I am using the NVIDIA NVENC codec for streaming because the x264 codec did not work well.
There any way to increase the quality of streaming? I uploaded the bitrate but the quality is the same, it looks pixelated.
I have 6mb upload have since 2500-3000 bitrate in 720p.

Unfortunately no, nvenc will always look worse than x264 at normal streaming bitrates. No way around it.
