Question / Help Inconsistent, high percentage frame drops streaming on Mixer FTL

Hi, I've recently built a new rig and have been trying my hand at streaming on it. I've been using OBS on and off for years so I'm no stranger to streaming gameplay, but I'm really running into some problems recently that have been making my stream unwatchable. I get anywhere from 12%-20% frame drops when I stream myself playing any graphically impressive game on Mixer's FTL service, even though a couple of weeks ago this number was 1-5%, a range I consider reasonable. It seems to fluctuate frequently over a period of days, and no matter which settings I change on OBS (Bitrate, resolution, etc.) it just seems randomly drop frames with no rhyme or reason. I'm hoping someone can help me pin down exactly what the issue is here and how to stop dropping so many frames.

21:07:57.467: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 157 (11.1%)

Your network connection is unable to keep up with your selected bitrate to your chosen server. Speedtest results aren't really relevant here as they don't measure your connection's quality to streaming servers, just usually a test server located at or near your ISP.

Thanks, I genuinely appreciate the reply. That makes sense, except for 3 or so weeks ago I could stream with 1-5% dropped frames. I don't see how it just doesn't work anymore when my connection hasn't changed and my settings haven't either.
