Hello !
So I have been dealing with this problem for a very long time and I just can't find a solution, I am creating this thread in hope that someone will help me out .
I have an Audio Tehnica At2035 microphone and an Live Gamer Extreme from Avermedia capture card, when I try to use open broadcaster to record gameplay from my ps4 or wii u, the audio of my voice crackles a lot, and the microphone even stops for 1 or 2 seconds.
I have tried a ton of solutions and none of them worked, I have even tried to buy another audio interface, still didn't work, I've also tried to connect my capture card microphone and all that stuff to another computer to see if it's from me, but the problem was still there, I really cannot fix it.
Here is an example of the issue while playing Super Mario Maker :

What I have learned from this issue is that if the cpu usage is almost 100% my voice will start to crackle, even with pc games not only console, but now that I've found better obs settings I don't have issues with that so this happens only when I try to record console gameplay .
My cpu usage is around 50-60% and I use windows 10.
Please help me out :(
EDIT: I want to mention that this issue happens only when I use my Audio Tehnica At2035 XLR Microphone, when I use my USB Blue Yetti it works perfectly.
