Question / Help In my Videos are freeze frames

I have a problem in my Videos are freeze frames every 2-5 minutes for a few seconds than all is already normal!
Dont now what to do! Help pls!

Well thats alot of Information there how people supose to help you... you just only told that u have freeze frames for a few secs. -.-
