Hello there , so my problem is whenever i start to stream my lag ingame increases with around 70-100 more than usual , theres no dropped frames on stream whatsoever its fine on the stream , but i can feel a delay in-game which bothers me alot  . Here's my internet connection http://www.speedtest.net/result/2438374816.png , streaming on Veryfast , 1500 kbps, been trying on other kbps but still the same laggy result ingame  .

That CPU and graphics card are a little on the weak side for streaming, imo.

You might also want to try Game Capture to capture WoW, rather than Window capture. It should be a little faster than Window capture. Also, AAC has better quality for lower bandwidth instead of MP3, so I recommend using that instead.

But in the end, your hardware might not be good enough to stream effectively. :/

I agree, it does seem to be the graphics card in this case. The CPU itself is probably fine.

You can tell from the:
CopyResource - [71%] [avg time: 15.219 ms] [avg calls per frame: 0]

in the log file. My recommendation is to try more downscale. The resolution seems to be causing some issues for you.
