Question / Help In-Game frame lock to streaming FPS

Hi all,

I've a i5-4670, with 24GB ram, HD 7870 OC by MSI and SSD

My problem is that sometimes i've big drops of FPS from about 120 to 30 fps, that is the FPS of the strreaming.

Here the last log

I Want to stream Full HD if possible :)
