Question / Help In game FPS LAG! (solved)

Hi, I'm new at streaming and im having issues with in game fps lag. I think my computer is enough to stream but still i have this fps drop.
The game is League of Legends. Without streaming I get a nice 140-160 fps. But when i activate OBS it drops to 30-40.

My set up:

AMD Phenom II X4 965 Processor 3.40 GHz
RAM: 8Gb
Video: ATI RADEON 6850HD
Resolution: 1680 x 1050

My internet conection:

DW: 15.55 Mbps
UP: 5.38 Mbps

Please help me configure my OBS so League doesn't drop so many fps. Or at least tell me if my pc isn't powerfull enough to do it.

Your GPU is being overloaded, reduce graphics settings in league, enable vsync or cap FPS, and if all of that doesn't help, downscale more in OBS.

Thx krazy. I did all you said, but the problem is still there. I reduced graphics to minimun, enabled vsync caped fps to 60 and downscaled OBS to 3.0. No change I'm still standing at 30-40 fps

Oh wait, I missed the Monitor Capture source that you have in one of your scenes. Don't use Monitor Capture at all. Enable Aero again, and use Window Capture or Game Capture for the stuff you want to capture. Monitor Capture is very slow on windows 7

Great! So i got it working at full graphics within 80-100 fps. Thank you very much krazy, you've been of great help :D
