So, after I downgraded form 8.1 to Windows 7 the problems with streaming started. It was prefect when I had 8.1 (but I had software problems with 8.1), but now that I have 7 I get fps problems in game and on obs when streaming. For example: I used to be able to stream with 900 bitrate (I have 2 Mbps up) with no lag anywhere or fps issues. Now I can barely get it up to 600 and If I use my camera while streaming then the game gets fps issues. So on top of it being pixelated, I get fps issues when using too much stuff on OBS.
P.S.: I had to lower a lot of my settings, which i didn't had to before windows 7 (my bitrate, my audio enconding). I also only stream league and osu! which aren't even heavy fps games
Could it be hardware? (I personally don't think so because I run all of my games on high fps without streaming.) or could it be OBS?
