Question / Help Improving the quality less resources

Hello,

Im streaming League of legends and im using HUD, Camera, lots of images and text. I can use only up to 1000kbps, can i improve the quality if i remove some resources like images,,text ect
 
No, you can improve the quality by reducing the resolution/fps and/or using a slower preset (if you have enough CPU to spare)
 
You're free to experiment but I don't think it will make much of a difference. 1000 Kbps is pretty low for streaming.
