Question / Help Improving OBS performance?

Are there any ways to make OBS faster? i run pretty heavy scenes and for example if i start streaming i get 10 sec hang before it starts. would SSD improve my OBS performance? i am using dual PC setup so that one PC should be fine handling OBS on veryfast preset

also i am after fresh install of windows and my obs preview screen is half a secound behind real time and has lower FPS than real output on twitch. DirectX and GPU Driver are up to date
