Question / Help Image Roatation and Gifs

So for some reason anytime I put gif's in the image rotation it just displays the first frame and that's it. I've tried changing all of the different options but nothing seems to work. Is this intended or am I just doing something wrong?

Full rotation support (among other things) will be available in the rewrite.

I have encountered the same question.I can not rotate the gif image using my image rotating tool.My image rotating tool can only rotate normal image format.So is there any recommendation for rotate gif image?Thanks in advance.
