I think I might of found a bug or something.
I recode a video and when I view it it has horrible resionlution I think. I see it as its blurry. can you please help me.

can you tell me how to fix it. I am using a computer hooked up to a tv screen. what settings should I have for video.
I did that it says I am using over 60 fps when I really was using 30. still bad resolution.
