Image / Media Resizing Stopped Working

Recently, the ability to unlock and resize the position of an image, media source, text object, etc., with a mouse has stopped working. As a result, I can no longer use the mouse to easily resize. I *am* able to use the transform edit for this, but that is painful. Does anyone know why this capability would be broken or would just stop working? How to fix? I'm using 31.0.0 64 bit on Windows. Nothing obvious in the log files.

You probably locked your preview window, you can right click it to see if that is the case.

It sound more like main window "scaling" issue. If above solution (Lock Preview checkbox) doesn't work for you, then you may try this (resize whole OBS window and F11 if was in fullscreen):

Can anyone here help me with an issue I'm having. I lost the ability to resize source.

I got the most recent update no difference, downloaded and reinstalled OBS but still not unable to do so. What file am I missing? How do I fix this?
