Question / Help Image Green Screen

Hey experts, I just wanted to know if someone knew how to do a green screen of an image. In other words make the image my green screen. An example can be seen of this streamer: http://www.twitch.tv/hikotv/v/3850300

If you could help me that would be a huge help.

He probably has an actual green screen.... The whole point of a green screen is to "project" an image on there.

Thanks for replying. People are saying that he doesnt have a green screen but some how he used an image as his green screen. If someone knows how to do this it would be amazing.

You dont have to use green. you can use any color but green is a color that isn't as common on out bodies and is why green is picked. Anyway, you basically setup a chroma color on the webcam and pick a color on your screen then play with the sliders until only you are visible. using a color then wearing that color will make you invisible btw.

wait I am still confused man. How do I get it with out buying a physical green screen in the background?

Do as i did, buy a shower curtain from let's say ikea and hang it as a backdrop. Works pretty good, BUT make sure you have the right lightning in the room...

Well What I want to know is if it is possible to do it without a green screen or what ever you call it.

There are 2 ways to accomplish what that streamer is doing:

1) Buy a green screen
2) Buy a giant physical backdrop with the image you want on it and hang it behind you instead of a green screen

To my knowledge, there is no other way to do it.
