Question / Help Image Dimensions! Help!

i know im going to sound like an idiot here, but i have been trying for a while and just cant get it- how do i resize and reposition images/sources to where i want them? not like Centered horizontally etc, to a specific place and a specific size? for the record, i am trying to fit a facecam onto a stream overlay.
