Question / Help Image Capture Issues

I am new to the world of video broadcasting, and am learning as I go. I am having an issue with image capturing. I am streaming video and have added my Web Cam just fine but when I try to add an image to the stream it doesn't show. When I try to edit the scenes the options I get for the image is to change the color and opacity. I messed around a bit with these options to no avail. Anyone mind helping me out on this issue. All I see is the red outlined box thati can move and resize
