I have an amd sempron le-1250 build i'm using which is normally at 2.2ghz but is at 2.5ghz overclocked i'm kinda confused as to if it is a apu sempron cpu sorry confused or apu sempron cpu as the apus are listed at 1.3ghz i believe..at current i need some thermal compound :-/ and cannot get it yet..if using cpu without thermal compound can fps be lost? I have been googling about it but more to the point my last test at speedtest.net to the closest streaming server said I have 3.00mbps and with a mbps to kbps converter I guess it's 375kbps so then I input 375kbps in obs estimator and it will tell me what I need to set my max bitrate and buffer size as?...just needing some help as obs has been displaying high cpu usage try turning down settings when I start streaming..resolution is 640x480 and I have an amd radeon 6670 at 1gb I try to window capture and monitor capture for streaming with obs and also try to stream from playstation 3 console..I included a log from the last stream attempt incase it is needed.
Question / Help im not on my usual pc build but trying to stream and need help
