Question / Help I'm no more able to stream: LF Help

Hello everybody. After OBS 0.625 I can't stream anymore. I was streaming 1096x616 @ 30fps. I was using London UK server with no problem. It was going awesome. Then it started to drop frames. Yesterday I changed my bitrate to 1700 and yesterday I could stream. Today, I tried 720p and I couldn't so go back to same settings and now I can't stream again. I think problem is about server:
As you see jitter on London and Amsterdam is unexpectedly high. It wasn't like this. So I tried Germany, Frankfurt then Paris but nothing changed. What is wrong with it can anyone help please. Sorry about my english.

+ London starts with 4-5 jitter and 50 ms avg (that is how it was) then instantly it goes to 30+ jitter. Ping lasts sometimes 137 sometimes 48. Avg is 75. What goes wrong with it :(
 
I tried hitbox.tv, UK is selected and streaming awesome. Something goes wrong with Twitch I think. So how am I gonna solve this problem?
