Hello guys,
I'm experiencing a stream lag on Facebook. I play World of tank on ps4 and streaming on youtube and using obs to go live in facebook. I tried streming on 720p. 420p, but no chage. My upload speed is 4 Mbps, my laptop isnt the best but it should do the think. I5-520 M, 8 GB RAM. Can anybody help me please.
