Question / Help I'm dropping frames for no reason.

I'm having the exact same problem, and i have streamed plenty of times before with no issue at all.

My internett speeds are 50 Mb/s download and 15 Mb/s upload.

Help?

That is not a full log. You will need to post a link to a clean log file. To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream for 2-3 Minutes, and stop it again. Then, in OBS, select Help > Log Files > Upload current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.

make sure you dont top over 3500bits stay around 3000 to be sure

I would report the issue to your ISP. maybe twitch's twitter page as well. update NIC drivers. Those are your options to try. there isn't a magic "fix my internet-to-twitch" button in the software so you might be stuck with this until your ISP, backbone, or twitch can fix the issue.
