This issue isn't occurring for any other browser than IE v. 11
I'm trying to do quick video capture on a program I use that can only be accessed through IE. I feel like this is probably a settings issue so I'll list out all of the settings I've put in as well as the Log file.
1. Set a source for an open IE browser window. (It is the only IE browser window open and affects every site displayed, not just the program I'm trying to capture)
2. Sometimes it will display the initial page and then refresh with the toolbar updated and visible but the page content is white space but mostly it just displays the toolbars but no content. I can see the mouse moving over the toolbars, but I cannot see the mouse when it moves into the white space. I have attached a screenshot of the issue, "Preview_Screenshot.JPG".
Encoding Settings : EncodingSettings_Screenshot.JPG
Video Settings : VideoSettings_Screenshot.JPG
Log file: YeahThatLooksLikeWordsNStuff.txt
Hope that's enough info.
I found a similar issue that was unresolved but that was affecting both IE and Chrome. My Chrome behaves as expected and I can see all content. Just that damn IE.
Thanks!
