Me and my sister both stream on twitch.
We both have 4790k's at 4.4ghz on air and a single EVGA 970 FTW.
We get the same temperatures across the board as well on full load. We basically have EXACT computers.
Now this is the problem, even replicating the OBS settings as we normally did.. creates huge discrepancies in playback/stream.
Let me show you a quick example..
This is my sister's buttery smooth 60 fps: http://www.twitch.tv/sintilla/b/663877765?t=53m44s
This is the exact same PC (but mine, not hers) also running exactly the same OBS settings: http://www.twitch.tv/amarble/v/5606244?t=74m31s
There is a noticable jitter/fps drop.. we both run it as admin on 64bit. We use the same programs in the background as well during our stream.
What could possibly fix that? Maybe I could OC my rig to like 4.6 or?
