I am wanting to live stream some fast paced shoot em ups and was wondering whats the best settings for this type of game to try and avoid as much compression on the stream as possible. I know a few releases back that OBS warned you to use 'CBR', 'CFR' and 'Main' x264 encoding profile if streaming to twitch but with the latest version of OBS it appears not to warn you of this anymore, so am i right in thinking we can set manual Quality Balance now?
This is my connection speed....
Taking the above into consideration what settings could i use to get the least compression for fast moving games. On a side note does increasing the bitrate give less compression, for instance it CBR was enabled would a 2200 kb/s produce more compression in the video than say 3000 kb/s?
