I9 14900k overloaded when streaming x264

Hello guys i have i 9 14900 k 32 gb ram 7000 mhz
I am playing on my ps5 and streaming from my pc with i9 14900k using elgato hd 60
Stream config are 1080 60 fps cpu encoder x264
The problem is when i change the encoding preset to slower or very slow or placebo
Obs says cpu overloaded....
Guys i have the lastest cpu on the market and i use it as single pc dedicated for streaming
In this case what cpu can handle those presets ?????

The 14900k is an absolute bear to keep cool. Is it overheating & throttling when it's getting hammered? Monitor temps when it's running balls out & see if cores are shutting down.

Cooling is excellent if it can pass a 30 minute Cinebench Stress Test without throttling.

My 12900k is handling the Slower preset @ 1080p/60 A-OK but that's about as far as I would push it for real time encoding, not much headroom left. FYI, my CPU will not throttle even if it's running @ 100% 24/7 but I will need to upgrade my cooling solution (MSI MEG S-360) when I do upgrade to the 14900k.

I did start to get some encoding lag, Slow is perfect with this CPU, utilization is now closer to 40% leaving plenty of headroom.
