What would be best settings for 720p 60FPS ? :)

For what? Recording? Streaming? If streaming, streaming to where? What are you going to be capturing? Etc. etc. etc...
 
For streaming on twitch.

Set output to 720p, FPS to 30, bitrate to 2500 (assuming your connection can handle).

As a non-partner on twitch, this is about the max you can do without making it difficult for your viewers.
