So I have a dedicated pc that is used for only streaming, the specs are 12 gb of ram a gtx 1070 and an i7 6700 (non K) rn I'm running the bit rate at 6000 and have to use very fast but wanted to use faster but when I do it uses about 80% of the cpu and starts to make the video look super choppy. I think it said something about the encoder not being able to keep up. So my question is should this be happening? I'm not really having a problem with obs I was just wondering if anyone else with an I7 6700 experiences the same thing. As a side note at very fast it uses around 45-50% of usage on fast moving game play, also its capturing from an elgato HD 60 Pro. Thanks for any help ^^
