Question / Help I7 4790K Problem Newbie!!

Hey there so i just bought new processor for streaming im ussually playing cs go in game i have everything set up on high in video settings when ill try to stream in 720p with 30fps i have bit laggy stream not fluid at all . im not sure whats the problem
i have 16gb ram ssd hdd 660 gtx 2gb ram5

oh yeah thats right it shows my old amd processor could that be a problem can i change it somewhere?
 
Make a new log by restarting obs, running a stream for a few minutes, then uploading "current" instead of "latest"

ill try to do that later after 6pm cuz im at work now but maybe u guys some idiead that i could switch in settings or something else that i could do to make streaming faster no lags smoother or anything like that??
 
I have the same specs but I have a GTX 750 Ti. Plus, this happens to me when trying to play battlefield 4
