can you just tell me what is wrong here? I set up my settings just like my friend and i feel fps drops and also feels like i am playing on 75hz monitor. I have two monitors, 144hz and 75hz, but i check that stuff like 100x. So can you see something wrong in that note i sent from obs? add: 16gb ram, 2x ssd 1x hdd. Game: CSGO had to change obs fps to 40 from 60. HELP ty

Manually limiting OBS to four threads isn't doing you any favors so I'd throw that out. Lower your webcam resolution to 720p. Cap your CS:GO frame rate to something near your monitor's refresh rate using (enable vsync, use the fps_max, however you want to do it).
