This is actually exactly my new system; it's plenty enough to stream comfortably on, in my limited experience (I literally put it together last week; haven't stressed it, but it's a decent upgrade from my last setup, which I was already happy with).
Of course, it depends on what you're streaming/playing on it, but it's a modern, fairly-powerful processor and a plenty-capable GPU, so unless you're looking to push your game settings to the limit while encoding on slow profiles, you should be alright with it.
