I am wondering if my PC is good enough to stream, I used to have a GTX 770 evga 4gb and it was amazing using NVENC however it broke and I now have an sapphire r9 290. Here are my full specs.

msi z97 gaming 7
Samsung evo 840 500gb ssd
Ccorsair16gb ram gold 2400 Mhz
Sapphire r9 290 4gb Vapor-x
I personally think these specs should be really good to stream on however I loaded up AW just before and tried doing a live stream and was hitting 50fps?
The thing I think was odd is I can do local recordings on the game in 720p with 91fps stable, but when I streamed it lagged me hard I dont understand why ? my current streaming settings -

Personally... If I can record locally at 720p with 14000 bitrate I dont see why I cant stream? Maybe it was a one off but my fps dropped hugely I dont understand why, what settings would you recommend as I feel this computer is 100% strong enough for a 720p stream.
