Hello everyone. I have a probem with CSGO streaming on this pc : i5 4590, 8gb ram, radeon r9 290 and connection 100/100
In game i have 160-200 fps (during stream) but i feel like it was a lot less, maybe 30 (freezes etc). I don't know whats going on. There are screens of my OBS settings (its in polish but i hope u know what is where :P) :
